In this deeply honest conversation, a woman shares her experience of symptoms that seem to move through her body.

What began as severe period pain and a possible endometriosis diagnosis eventually disappeared… only for thyroid pain and pressure in her chest to appear almost immediately afterwards.

For five years, she has managed her symptoms through food, sleep, supplements and lifestyle changes. Yet the pain continues to return in different forms, leaving her questioning why her body keeps shifting the location of her discomfort.

As we explore further, a deeper pattern begins to emerge.

Together, we uncover a long-standing pattern of suppressing emotions, carefully managing how she speaks, and holding in frustration to avoid conflict. We explore how childhood experiences of emotional silence shaped her relationship with anger, expression and being heard.
